A supportive, therapeutic garment for dogs suffering from back pain, other back conditions or are recovering from spinal surgery. It is secured easily around the girth by hook and loop fastening straps. Incorporated in a mesh pocket inside the back of the belt is a removable, soft rectangular pad that fills in the curves around the spine of the dog to ensure optimal body contact.
